resale policies

• H&H's time-pay discounts do not apply to resale items.
• Customer pays freight on all resale items.
• All resale items are shipped ground unless noted otherwise when ordering.
• Prices may change on resale items throughout the year. You will be invoiced at the current price on the day your order is shipped.

shipping

• Orders received by 12:00 noon CST will be shipped same day. Orders received after 12:00 noon CST will be shipped the next business day.
• Non-chargeable supplies are shipped free via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. Any shipping upgrades for these items will be invoiced to your account.
• Chargeable marketing and resale items do not include free shipping. These items will be shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested.
