Our Private Reserve design style features a wide variety of graphics and backgrounds, image edge treatments and overlays to create a truly unique look. Each page is custom designed to match the images in color and appearance. This style is especially well suited to senior portraits, but may also be used for weddings, children, and any time you are looking for a graphic rich design.

DESIGN WORKFLOW

  • To begin the design process, you will fill out the Album & Book Design Form. This form is in 2 parts; the first asks information about the design and product you would like. The second part allows you to FTP your images directly to a designer.
  • When your design is finished, you will receive an email link to our preview site where you can mark any changes needed to the design. If changes are required, an updated preview link will be sent for your approval.
  • Once your design has been approved, your designer will place your product order for you.
  • Once your print order has shipped, your high resolution files will accessible via your online account. You will have 30 days to download these files.

DESIGN PREVIEWS

  • When your design is finished, you will receive an email link to our preview site. This link may be shared with your clients.

DESIGN CHANGES

  • Up to 10 changes (submitted together at one time) are included in the original design fee. Any changes over this amount will be billed an additional fee per change.
  • Examples of changes are: replace image #12 with image #14, delete image #25, make image #34 black & white or change text quote on page 6 (new text must be provided)
  • Changes must be made within the original design style chosen. Changing design styles constitutes a new design order.

DESIGN BILLING

  • Design orders will be billed when the preview is sent (changes may still be made after an order is billed).
  • Album design prices are per page; 1 page = 2 sides.

how to order

IMAGE GUIDELINES

  • Send full resolution un-cropped jpeg files.
  • All images must be named in numerical order to preserve chronological sequencing. If images are not sequenced an extra fee may be applied to your order.
  • Please contact the Design Center to discuss image and page quantities.
  • Retouching must be completed before ordering design.

ORDER FORM

  • Fill out the Album & Book Design form to begin your design order. This form is in 2 parts; the first asks information about the design and product you would like. The second part allows you to FTP your images directly to a designer. Your designer will not be able to begin your order until both the form and images are received.
  • When your design is finished, you will receive an email link to our preview site, ProofHQ. This link may be shared with your clients
  • All change requests should be entered using ProofHQ.
  • Your designer will place the album or book order for you once you approve the design.
