Service Time

Hard covers and pages will be submitted separately and can be approved and invoiced at separate times.
Proofs: 2 day service time

  • Hard Covers completed and invoiced during the off-season dates receive a 20% discount.
  • Service time begins once the proof is officially approved via the Yearbook Decision Form.
  • Orders will be prioritized in a first in first out manner based on the date of final approval.
  • Service times will vary during in-season production.
  • Rushes are available and will DOUBLE the cost of the order and cut service time in half. This can be done if the covers were completed in advance.

Hard cover yearbooks are PUR Perfect bound pages with laminated hard cover. They are available in quantities of 50-2000.

how to order

COVER PROOF

  1. Studio orders COVER proof using hhstudio
  2. Proof is produced by H&H
  3. 2 copies are shipped to studio for approval (The order is not billed at this time. After 60 days without instructions, customer service will contact you.)

 

PAGES PROOF

  1. Studio orders PAGES proof using hhstudio
  2. Proof is produced by H&H
  3. 2 copies are shipped to studio for approval (The order is not billed at this time.)

STUDIO APPROVES COVER PROOF

  1. Studio sends approval form to H&H with final quantity of books
  2. H&H begins production of covers
  3. Studio submits order for PAGES proof
  4. Please Note: Once the cover is approved the number of pages in the book may not be altered so much that a different spine size is needed. Spine sizes are 20-60 pages, 61-92 pages, 93-124 pages, and 125-132 pages.
  5. The cover order will be invoiced when cover construction is completed.

 

STUDIO DOES NOT APPROVE COVER PROOF

  1. Studio sends approval form to H&H marked with disapproval
  2. H&H invoices order for cover proof only
  3. Studio makes changes & submits new order
  4. Cycle repeats until approval is met

STUDIO APPROVES PAGES PROOF

  1. Studio sends approval form to H&H with final quantity of books
  2. H&H produces pages & adheres to covers
  3. H&H invoices COVER & PAGES orders for proofs & final quantities, then ships to studio

 

STUDIO DOES NOT APPROVE PAGES PROOF

  1. Studio sends approval form to H&H marked with disapproval
  2. H&H invoices order for cover proof only
  3. Studio makes changes & submits new order
  4. Cycle repeats until approval is met
