Showcasing the packages you offer in an attractive, organized and easy-to-deliver fashion is a high priority at H&H. Packing options completes your school photography program!

Our packaging options can also save you time! Software options found in hhschools, ready-to-deliver packaging will relieve you of the headaches of post-shoot production because we package prints and most specialty items into the packaging as we assemble your orders, delivering accurate packages to your customers in days, not weeks!

When selected in hhschools, your school order will arrive back at your studio or delivered to the school with each envelope clearly labeled and bundled by class, teacher, or grade, so it is fast and simple to distribute school picture packages. You may also select sorting, packaging and labeling to enable you to mail packages to the home.

  • Orders can be packaged either Bulk or Ready to deliver (RTD)
  • Order envelopes available with each order
    • Optional with Bulk packaging
    • Multiple style and design options
    • Multiple style and design options
    • Include space for optional package delivery label (RTD label)
  • Choose ready to deliver (RTD) packaging service to individually package and bundle your batch order
    • Orders packaged by subject, pose or web order into the selected envelope
    • Specialty items that don’t fit in envelope will be individually packaged and labeled
    • FREE for school orders
  • Package delivery label (RTD label) on the outside of the packaging make it easy to pass out orders
    • Optional
    • Contains an image thumbnail, subject data, buyer info, and package contents summary.
    • FREE for any order type
  • Address labels available for mail recipient identification
    • Optional for batch ship orders to studio or drop ship
    • Required for ship-to-home
    • Address information must be listed in project for each image ordered
  • You may request that we package your units with your reorder materials
    • Should be flat and 8½x11 or smaller
    • Must arrive at least one week prior to the order being placed
    • Only one type of reorder materials on file at a time
    • It is your responsibility to manage inventory and send replenishments as needed.
