Want us to start from scratch and design a custom ID card just for your studio? We can create ID cards that match the school's colors and mascot. When you fill out the ID Card Design Form, enter your color scheme, upload the mascot or school logo file and leave the rest to us!

Want to coordinate an ID card design with the school's colors? Want a different color ID card for each grade? Then these color variation themes are for you! When you fill out the ID Card Design Form, mark which color you prefer and which dynamic text lines you need and we will create a custom card for you.

Text lines & Fonts

If you prefer to design your own ID cards, please refer to this list of available fonts for dynamic text lines. Static text does not have to use these fonts, but if a text field will be pulled from the data for each student, then that text line needs to use one of our fonts. If your design incorporates a font not shown in this list we will substitute the closest font we have.

how to order

Please fill out the Custom ID Card Form. This will allow you to send your own PSD files for setup or ask our designers to create a custom ID Card for you.

Missing the files for your ID Card? Fill out this quick form and our design staff will send you the jpg and field files for the ID card(s) you request.

ID Card Preview Form

what happens next?

  1. When your design is finished you will receive a Workfront email containing your ID card preview.
  2. Use Workfront to request changes or send your final approval. If changes are required, an updated preview link will be sent for your approval.
  3. When your ID Card approval is received, you will be sent the ID card setup files for hhschools via email. Your designs will be kept on file at H&H and changes may be requested at any time.
